| After two years of hard work Frederic Slama is back on track with the 10th AOR album, which sees as usal with all previous releases an armada of well known musicians. Lead vocals are handled this time by Steve Newman, Rick Riso, Joey Summer, Jerry Hludzik (DAKOTA) and Philip Bardowell (Unruly Child). Even bigger is the guest list when it comes to the other instruments – big names like Steve Lukather, Michael Thompson, Michael Landau, David Foster or the omni present Tommy Denander (which has also co-produced the album) are just a few names involved at the endless guest list. Music wise “The Colors Of L.A.” is a slightly heavier affair as the previous AOR releases with a classic melodic rock sound. | |
