SHIPPING CHARGES - TERMS OF SALE
New shipping rates in effect: October 18, 2016

USA shipping:

Basic shipping charge = CDs & DVDs, $3.00 for the first item + $1.50 for each additional item. For Box Sets, $5.00 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item.

Maximum shipping charge of $12.00 total (applies to any number of items shipped at the same time).

Orders for 1 or 2 items shipped via First Class mail and usually arrive within 4-5 days. 3 or more items shipped via Priority mail and usually arrive within 2-3 days. You may request Priority Mail for 1-2 items, that shipping charge is $6.00.

Canada shipping:

Basic shipping charge = $10.00 for the first item + $2.00 for each additional item.

All orders are shipped via International airmail and usually arrive in 3 to 10 days

International shipping: Europe, Mexico, Central & South America)

Shipping charge = $13.00 for the first item + $2.50 for each additional item.

All orders shipped via International airmail: Delivery times will vary depending on location, 7 – 10 business days is typical for most countries although 2 weeks is not unusual.

Note for customers in Venezuela and Argentina : We no longer accept credit card payments from customers in these countries. We will only process orders prepayed with PayPal or certified bank checks.
 

International shipping: Pacific Rim and Eastern Hemisphere (Japan, China, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, etc)

Shipping charge = $14.00 for the first item + $3.00 for each additional item.

All orders shipped via International airmail: Delivery times will vary depending on location, 7 – 10 business days is typical for most countries although 2 weeks is not unusual.

Note for customers in Indonesia, Burma and Malaysia : We no longer accept credit card payments from customers in these countries. We will only process orders prepayed with PayPal or certified bank checks

Order status:

When your order is placed online, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email when the order is shipped. These emails contain a "status" field. If the order has been received the status will be "On Order". Once the order has been processed the status will be "Ready For Shipping". When the order has been shipped the status will be "Shipped". You can check this status anytime by clicking on the link in your confirmation email or by opening your browser and going to the following URL: https://www.nehrecords.com/Shopping_Cart/view_status.asp. You must have your order number and password available to check status.

Back Orders:

We maintain inventory on all items and indicate stock status for each item on it's "info" page. On rare occasions we may temporarily be out of stock on an item (we change the status indicator on the info page for this item as soon as possible). When multiple items are ordered and one or more items are out-of-stock, we ship partial orders immediately to US customers. The status indicator on these orders will show "Partial Shipment". When the back order is received (normally less than 10 days), we ship the remainder of these orders (at no additional charge) and the status indicator is changed to "Shipped". Orders from outside the US will be held until the entire order is in stock and then shipped. We do not process payments for any item (including shipping) until it is shipped.

Pre Orders:

Pre-orders will be shipped when they are received in stock. Credit cards will not be charged for preorders until the item is in stock and ready to ship. When multiple items are ordered and one or more items are pre-orders, we ship the in-stock items as partial orders immediately to US customers and ship the preorders separate when they are in stock. Orders from outside the US that contain a mixure of in-stock and pre-ordered items will be held until the entire order is in stock and then shipped.

Warranties/Returns

NEH Records ensures delivery of product to the shipping address provided to us on email, FAX, phone, or mail orders for all US orders at no additional charge. If an order is not received within 30 days of the shipping date, we will replace it at no charge. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. NEH Records warrants that our products will be received in undamaged condition. If a disc is received in damaged condition, we will replace or repair it free of charge. Our warranty covers damaged product and shipping problems only. We cannot accept returns or reimburse costs based on subjective assessment of product content or quality. 30 second audio samples available at our web site (http://nehrecords.com) so you can preview the music before you buy.

Privacy Policy

NEH Records does not sell, trade, lease or distribute the personal information of its registered users. All transmissions of personal user information are through NEH Record's secure computer servers which run authentication and data encryption software. Access to registered users' accounts on our site is password protected.
