| Heavenly, a power metal/neo-classical metal band from Paris, France, were formed in 1994 by vocalist Benjamin Sotto and drummer Max Pilo. CARPE DIEM is the fifth full-length album by the French band. Their latest work is a departure from previous efforts, incorporating less double-bass drumming and expanding Benjamin Sotto's vocal range. While Heavenly use keyboards, unlike other power metal bands they are quit subtle in their use and contribute to the atmosphere of songs without competing with the guitars. | |
