Bruno Ravel (guitar & bass) and Steve West (drums) founded "DANGER DANGER in 1988. Their first LP was released by Epic/Sony and reached gold status. The had toured with Kiss, Alice Cooper and Extreme and landed minor hits in the US with 'Naughty Naughty" and "Bang Bang". Their vocalits on the first two albums was Ted Poley (now known for fronting his own band, Bone Machine). During the early nineties the music style changed and, as with many other fine melodic hardrock bands, DANGER DANGER became victims of the grunge-wave. After several years in limbo and some internal problems, the band also began to have problems with their record label. Enter Canadian singer Paul Laine who recorded a critically acclaimed solo record for Elektra , "Stick It In Your Ears". He also attracted attention in the hardrock world with his involvement in the Scorpions release "Face The Heat" as a background vocalist. Live, he supported stars like Bryan Adams, Richard Manr and Joe Satriani. DANGER DANGER added Paul Laine as the new lead vocalist for the band. After getting out of their agreement with Sony, the band started work on their third release "Dawn". The album was a failure for the band and a disappointment for their fans, because of the new direction they took . The songs on "Dawn" feature excellent songwriting and great recording but was a dramatic departure from what DANGER DANGER was and is all about. With this in mind, Steve, Bruno and Paul decided to turn back to their roots. Former members Andy Timmons (guitar) and Kasey Smith (keys) were asked for assistance and they began to record their fourth album "Four The Hard Way". DANGER DANGER is back big time with a album which easily can be rated as one of the absolute top albums in the Melodic hardrock scene in 1997. We are sure that both music critics as well as the fans will all agree that this is the band's best album so far...
