| Kai Hansen is always good for surprises: After the 2005’s aggro-power-pack “Majestic” as well as the slightly melodic “Land Of The Free – II” now the quartet from Hamburg is building some musically bridges from the traditional past to the modern future. Of course (just like the album title insist) the main subject is heavy metal with traditional approach. However, their are new elements in the band’s sound added to the precious traditional metal sounds of Gamma Ray in a harmonic way, so that even true metal fans will like it very much, indeed. | |
