| Tony Hernando returns with a killer album on which the production is much tighter and a new heavier sound. featuring drummer extraordinarie MIKE TERRANA Tony spent 2001 writing and recording his second album "The Shades Of Truth" which was released in 2002 by Lion Music. The album was recorded with Mike Terrana on drums (Ex Yngwie Malmsteen, Axel Rudi Pell), and Pepe Bao on bass. Also appearing were guest performances from keyboard virtuoso Vitalij Kuprij (Artension) and Andy Timmons. More clinics and live performances with his own band and other parallel projects kept Tony busy during 2003, cumulating with the Guitar Fest tour with Andy Timmons and Freak Kitchen and a guest performance at the annual JemFest in London during October. Tony is set to unleash his 3rd solo album in November on Lion Music. Entitled, "III" the album once again features the drum talents of Mike Terrana. "III" sees Tony take giant leaps in all aspects of his music and production, all of which is sure to make "III" a 'must own' release for any guitar enthusiast and further enhance Tony's reputation as a musician of serious note. "III" will be promoted with promo concerts and Tony is set to play Guitar Fest 2004 sharing the bill with Richie Kotzen (Mr Big, solo) and William Stravato. | |
