| Asked for his favourite musician, BRIAN MC DONALD would answer "Beethoven" - not quite the answer one would expect from a rocker. He studied classical music for eight years, composed and played it, before JIMMY PAGE (LED ZEPPELIN) impressed him deeply with his song "Dazed and Confused". Brian decided on the spot to change his style of music. He joined the rock veteran DILLINGER, for which he played keyboards and started to sing also. Besides that, he found his way to song writing and signed his first publishing contract with A&M RECORDS. In 1988, COLUMBIA RECORDS published the first album of the BRIAN MC DONALD GROUP, titled "Desperate Business". His next solo effort was titled "Wind it Up", released on MTM Music in Germany. This is his latest production and once again guitarist REB BEACH (ex-KIP WINGER, now with DOKKEN) supports on guitar. | |
