| This is the album that was "never released" and yet even without that release brought so many things to Kyle Vincent. Recorded and ready to go, yet another "label in chaos" shelved the project and it's release never saw the light of day. Yet the music on this album is still much in demand, much sought out. As the saying goes, "You never forget your first time" and for many, the music from that album was their "first" solo Kyle Vincent musical experience. And though he just keeps getting better, there's something so very special about this album....more than just those memories but some very solid, very powerful music that can and WILL stand the test of time. Released a few years ago as an import out of Japan (under the title of "A Night Like This") we have finally managed to give this gem the attention which it deserves. Recorded for MCA Music in the years 1991-1992 it was set for release in 1993, but due the change of the musical climate it never got released in the first place and this is without a doubt a crying shame, cause it’s of the same calibre as the debut releases from MITCH MALLOY, RICK PRICE or TIM FEEHAN. Produced by CLIF MAGNESS, STEVE LEVINE and KYLE VINCENT it features such ace players like Gerry Beckley (AMERICA), Tim Pierce (RICK SPRINGFIELD), Gilby Clarke (GUNS N ROSES), Clif Magness, Jonathan Moffet and Gerald Albright. Kyle Vincent has penned most of the songs on “Trust” with contributions from Clif Magness and Steve Kipner and if this album would have been released a few years earlier it would have sold like hot cake in the States, cause it’s full packed with hits.
