Firefly is the brainchild of John Pratt, an extremely talented song writer and musician from Los Angeles. John has worked extensively in the TV and movie industry and recorded with KIM CARNES, LITA FORD, and JULLIETT AND GINO VANELLI. In the eighties he had his own band ROXBURY DRIVE. John began Firefly with Michael Alemania (JACK WAGNER, VIXEN, WISON PHILLIPS), Ron Wikso (RICHIE SAMBORA, FOREIGNER, THE STORM, DAVID LEE ROTH, CHER), Bob Gilles (INNOCENT), Tim Luce (ALICE COOPER, POISON, MOTLEY CRUE), Chris Meyer and John Thomas.
