In 2020 Beverly Killz was keeping a low profile, concentrating on writing, recording and rehearsing finally bears fruit with the ten tracks you find on the latest album “Iguana Mulata”. The CD was mixed by Matteo Magni (Magnitude Studios), loaded with assaulting guitar riffs, pounding rhythms and bigger-than-life choruses the album is going to tickle the appetite of classic 80’s-90’s hair-metal lovers as well as the fans of modern bombastic scandinavian tone. That dynamic BK signature is all over the opening cut, “Take me, Hate me”, a suspenseful single about junkie life well while other ear-grabbers include the passionate ballad “Stephanie”, the defleppardish “After The Rain” , the catchy melody of “A Girl Like You” and the anthemic “Jailbreak”. The story of Beverly Killz is about a dynamic spirit, fired-up self-assurance and a commitment to the do-it-yourself work ethic. After all, no matter how many fans the band has, nobody could possibly love the music better then the five member of BK because they live it and breathe it.

Formed in Milano, Italy in 2007 they stunned the crowd since the first show with their raw energy and the powerful sound, a kickass combination of street rock and modern metal elements. After playing nearly 80 live shows across the country the band released their first EP named “Straight From Underground” in 2009, mixed by producer Alessandro Del Vecchio (Tyketto, LA Guns, Quiet Riot, TNT).

2012 is the year of the first full-lenght “Gasoline & Broken Hearts” under Perris Records. Mixed and mastered by Dennis Ward (Angra, House Of Lords, Krokus) the album features all the trademark elements of the band: screaming guitars, powerful drumming, great hooks, meaningful lyrics, catchy choruses infused with harmonies and gang vocals. The international recognition propelled Beverly Killz to intense touring, opening gigs for Adam Bomb, Crazy Lixx, Sister, Eric Martin, Nile an many others across Italy, France and Switzerland.

2015 saw the release of the self-produced Kingdom; while the production is not as grandiose as the previous release, it retains the great sense of melody and songwriting of BK and contains some of the fans’favourite tunes.

In 2016 the latest lineup changes take place, with the return of Rob on the drums, and Gabe on guitar.

What doesn’t change is the routine of the band…mind you that it’s 1 or 2 a.m. when the five members of Beverly Killz usually crawl back from the rehearsal room for private celebrations that usually end with empty bottles of the cheapest liquors ever.
